Q: What can I expect as a subscriber?

A: As a Let’s Do Lunch subscriber, you’ll have access to your dedicated Let’s do Lunch team member for your scheduling & planning needs. Every client can expect the Let’s do Lunch team to be helpful, organized and trustworthy in our communication and execution of our services. To do this effectively, we offer an easy to navigate Client Portal that is available at your convenience. 

Q: What is a connection?

A: A connection is a family unit, either a person or a couple that you wish to connect with. With Let’s Do Lunch, you have the power to create meaningful connections however you choose! Whether you and your spouse meet with a couple for a date night (1 connection) or a girls night out (1 connection per person invited), you get to decide.


Q: What if I don’t use all of my connections in a month?

A: We hope that at the end of each month you find that you don’t have any left over! At Let’s Do Lunch we are all about building consistent connections with those that mean the most to us. That means we want you out there with your people! Because of this, connections do not roll-over each month.

Q: Can I set-up double dates?

A: Absolutely! We’ll just need contact info from one of the guests to schedule the date. This will count as one connection. This is assuming that a couple will converse and plan through one individual and not both of them. If both need to be contacted separately, this would count as 2 connections.

Q: Can I use the service to schedule events for my children?

A: No. All services provided by Let’s do Lunch are for individuals over the age of 18, whether a direct client or a guest of a client. However, we will gladly plan family gatherings whereby the parents of children are your guest.

Q: Does my connection count in the month the event was scheduled in or the month the event occurs?

A: Good question! Connections count based on the month the event is scheduled. Example: The Let’s Do Lunch team member finds time for you to meet with one of your requested guests 5 weeks out. This connection counts for your current month subscription rather than the next month when you’ll be meeting.


Q: Will I have the same Let’s do Lunch team member assisting me each month?

A: YES! Let’s do Lunch is a service-based business that is focused on intentional relationship building and we want to build that with you too! Consistent rapport with our team members allows us to better serve you by meeting your social calendar needs.

Q: Do I have to share my calendar with you? How does this even work?

A: No! Each month you’ll complete a quick form in your Client Portal account providing your guest information, event details along with a few date options you have available.


Q: How much do your services cost?

A: Monthly subscription services range in cost based on the nature of the service. Are you frustrated with having to chase down and follow up with your people just to get a date on the calendar but enjoy planning the event? Then The Starter subscription is for you. If you would rather show up at the appointed time and place with all of the details taken care of, then The Main Course and Full Course are designed with you in mind!


Q: Am I committed to a contract or length of time?

A: As with most subscription services, you’ll be asked to agree to a company privacy policy, terms of service and terms of payment. Due to the nature of our services, they are offered in 3 month, 6 month or 12 month commitments. After your initial 3 months of service, if you feel it has not added value to your social calendar, we kindly ask for 30 days notice of cancellation.


Q: How do I pay for my services?

A: At the time of purchase, your card information will be set-up on an auto-pay basis, determined by the subscription details chosen at time of purchase. For additional services provided with The Full Course subscription, an invoice will be sent and added to your Client Portal account.
